What we collect

When you use the "Sell your machine" or "Looking for a used machine" form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, company, city and state, and the details of the machine you are selling or looking for. For sellers this includes the machine's make, model, condition, location and, if you choose, an asking price. We also record that you agreed to the tick-box statements on the form. If you choose to attach photos of the machine, we receive those too.

To limit spam we keep a one-way scrambled version of your internet address (it cannot be turned back into your address). We use it only to stop the same person submitting the form repeatedly.

Why we collect it

Satnamia introduces people who want to sell a used gear machine to people who want to buy one. We use your details only to contact you about buying or selling machines, to match buyers with sellers, and to make introductions.

We never publish it

There are no public listings. Seller and buyer details are never shown on this website. Your details are shared with another person only as part of an introduction we have arranged with you by phone.

Where it is kept

Your submission is emailed to Satnamia and saved in a private database on Cloudflare, which also hosts this website. If you attach photos to the sell form, they are sent to us inside the notification email and are not saved on the website or published. You can also send photos to us on WhatsApp.

Deleting your details

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Call or WhatsApp +91 99910 11991 or email info@satnamiagears.com, and tell us the phone number you used on the form.
